The decision of the French Court of Cassation concerning the murderer of Sarah Halimi z”l was a revolting, offensive and unworthy decision. On the 14th of April, the French Supreme Court judges, citing “a delirious breath”, decided that this murderer should be held criminally irresponsible and therefore will not be trialled.
