Man indicted on firebombing attempt of Mass. Jewish-sponsored assisted living facility

Georgia passes hate crimes legislation
June 25, 2020 By Marcy Oster (JTA) — The Georgia legislature approved a hate crimes bill that allows a longer sentence for crimes deemed to be based on a particular bias. Jerusalem removes pride banner from US embassy citing signage bylaws
June 25, 2020 By Marcy Oster JERUSALEM (JTA) — The Jerusalem municipality removed an LGBT Pride banner hanging outside of the U.S. Embassy’s Palestinian Affairs Unit located in the center of the city. Researchers investigate if ‘Jewish factor’ caused high COVID death rate
Researchers in the United Kingdom are investigating a possible “Jewish factor” that could explain why Jews there were disproportionately likely to die of coronavirus, the Jewish Chronicle reported.
