Naomi Schiffer, had medical career

Naomi Schiffer, 92, of Rehoboth Beach passed away Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at Brandywine Senior Living. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Rosalie Bernstein Marlowe.
