Three BBYO (B’nai B’rith Youth Organisation NSW) teens will be travelling to Baltimore USA to attend the BBYO International Convention next week. Princeton University scraps exhibit of Jewish American artists with Confederate ties
(RNS) — Last summer, Princeton University agreed to organize an exhibit of works by American Jewish artists in the second half of the 19th century. The exhibit would feature 50 pieces including a life-size marble sculpture called “Faith” by the the most renowned Jewish American sculptor of the period, Moses Jacob Ezekiel (1844-1917). B’nai B’rith Joins NCSEJ and AJC to Commend Passage of Latvian Restitution Bill
(Washington, D.C., Feb. 10, 2022)—We commend the Parliament of Latvia for the passage of Holocaust restitution legislation. The legislation will provide „goodwill compensation” in the amount of $46 million to the Jewish community of Latvia for property that was stolen during the Holocaust.
