WILKES-BARRE, PA. (WOLF) — Authorities have determined the cause of the fire at the B’nai B’rith Apartment in Wilkes-Barre.On Thursday, Feb. 15, fire broke out at the apartment complex along Northampton Street.In total, 146 residents were evacuated from the building.
