Herbert B. Platzner of Palm Beach and New Rochelle, N.Y., died Saturday, May 20, 2017, in New Rochelle. He was 94. Last week twenty one members Cheshire Unity Lodge went on a visit to Belarus, exploring it’s history and culture, both Jewish and secular.
