Newtown resident Clifford Reiss, World War II U.S. Navy veteran, has died

Clifford Reiss Clifford Reiss, 91, of Newtown, formerly of Danbury, husband of Susan (Menkes) Reiss, died at his home on Monday, June 4, 2018. Mr. Reiss, affectionately known as „Mr. Cliffy” by his co-workers, associates and friends, was born in the Bronx, NY, July 24, 1926, son of Abraham and Ethel (Kravatz) Reiss.
