BBLBIA attend Latvian Embassy annual lecture
The Latvian Embassy held its annual Isaiah Berlin lecture on 4 July 2019. Tony Swabe attended. The speaker was the Australian High Commissioner who had found Isaiah Berlin’s ideas valuable as a guide to his career in politics.
