The state’s fire marshal ruled that a fire at the University of Delaware Chabad’s Center for Jewish Life on Aug. 26 was an act of arson.Delaware Online reported that firefighters were called at around 11: 15 p.m. on Aug. 26; it took the firefighters three hours to extinguish fire.
