Donald Bruce Cofman, Veteran Diplomat and Public Diplomacy Expert, Dies at 87

Cofman, a Foreign Service officer and longtime public diplomacy specialist who represented the United States in six countries over a 30-year career, died on May 6 from complications related to Parkinson’s disease.
