Body of Englishwoman dead in Guatemala shows signs of trauma

QUETZALTENANGO, Guatemala (AP) – The body of an English tourist found dead near a Guatemala highland lake popular with travelers shows signs of trauma but no apparent gunshot or stab wounds, a doctor performing an autopsy said Tuesday.
