Senators push to make Daylight Saving Time permanent nationwide

(WKEF/WRGT) – Representatives from the Sunshine State are once again championing legislation that would make Daylight Saving Time permanent across the country. The Sunshine Protection Act was introduced Wednesday by Congressman Vern Buchanan (R-FL) and Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL). Other representatives from Florida are supporting the legislation.
