Petition, funding page started to spare the lives of dog who bit off Utah child’s arm

UPDATE: (March 13, 2019) — A new GoFundMe page is raising money to save Bear and Polar, both 1-year-old huskies. Bear is accused of biting off the hand of a 4-year-old boy on March 3rd. Polar was also taken to Davis County Animal Control and the dogs have been in quarantine.
