Man crashes into shopping cart in Texas parking lot, killing baby and injuring mother

SAN ANTONIO (WOAI/KABB) – An 18-month-old baby was killed in a San Antonio parking lot Monday afternoon. According to the San Antonio Police Department, the baby girl was in the baby seat of a shopping cart behind her mother’s parked car as she was putting groceries in the vehicle.
