Miss Elyssa Morganette Lassiter of Vicksburg and Haneef Abdur-Razzaaq of Weatherford Texas were married at 5 p.m. June 4, 2016, at Travelers Rest Church in Vicksburg. The bride is the daughter of Dr. Ethel Minett Lassiter of Vicksburg. She is the granddaughter of the late Rev. Dr. Wright Lowenstein Lassiter Sr.
