Judge Hugh Glickstein, advocate for children, dies at 83

Judge Hugh S. Glickstein, whose tenure on the 4th District Court of Appeals bench were marked by his attacks on bigotry and his tireless advocacy for children, died Friday, his family confirmed. He was 83. Glickstein served 19 years on the district bench before retiring in September 1998. Read more » »
